Justin is the President and Founder of Stone Sports Management and formed the company after working as an independent players’ agent. Justin signed his first client weeks after becoming a licensed attorney in December 2007 after graduating from the University of Toledo College of Law in May 2007. Prior to law school, Justin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Denison University in May 2004. While in law school, Justin developed a strong network of contacts, studied FIFA's Statutes, Rules and Regulations, and kept up to date on industry trends. He was also privileged to be mentored by one of the United States' top agents. From 2008 to 2015, Justin represented Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Elder Neglect victims at a Washington, DC law firm resulting in over $2 Million (USD) in settlments. In summer 2015, Justin registered as a USSF Licensed Intermediary. Justin focuses on ethical and personalized representation to form strong relationships within the soccer and marketing industry and uses his industry knowledge, tireless work ethic and organized preparation to best serve his clients. Since SSM's 2008 inception, Justin has negotiated over 145 contracts worth more than $24 Million USD (and over an additional $25M USD in offers) spanning Youth Players, NCAA graduates, UEFA Champions League and World Cup winners as well as National Team Captains. Justin’s experience in the sports marketing industry extends to internships with Major League Soccer's DC United as well as Octagon, Inc. in the latter's American Football and Basketball athlete representation divisions. Justin is also committed to working within the guidelines and rules of the NCAA after working in the University of Michigan Athletics Department's Compliance Service Office. He also interned with Major League Soccer helping with the behind the scenes work during MLS Cup 2007 at RFK Stadium. Justin also gained business experience consulting with PHX Soccer Development in their attempt to bring a professional soccer club to the Phoenix, Arizona area. He researched and analyzed competing expansion markets, helped evaluate potential investor groups with access to league and club financial documents, and assisted in the development of player personnel strategy. In a short period, Justin has already developed a strong reputation domestically and internationally.

Since 2008, Justin has negotiated contracts for SSM's Clients with Clubs located in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia while also being retained by Clubs located in Australia, Canada, Europe, South America and the United States. He will continue to work tirelessly to expand his global reach in order to provide more opportunities for his clients.
Justin played collegiately at Denison University from 2000-2003. As a 4-year starter, Denison went to the NCAC Conference Tournament each year and his career culminated with a school’s record #2 ranking, 13 game winning streak and school record wins with an 18-3 record during his senior year in 2003. He currently lives and works in downtown Columbus, Ohio. When he is not spending time in the office, traveling on business, watching clients play live or on television, Justin enjoys trying new dining experiences, traveling, working out, following his favorite sports teams and of course playing soccer.
